Small volume orders are sent cash on delivery, advance payment or pro forma invoice.

We try to keep the standard products listed in the price list in a certain quantity and in basic sizes therefore immediately available.

Transport is not intended for specific products.

The delivery date and price for large quantities, composition or color demanding orders are determined by agreement.

Larger volumes are solved by agreement with the customer – payment by proforma invoice, cash upon a delivery. Regular customers can pay by an invoice.

After placing all the desired goods into your shopping cart, you will receive the expected delivery date. In addition to a service offer, you will choose a combination of a payment and a shipping method that suits you the best.

Once the amount has been credited to our bank account, the shipment will be sent immediately.

B, By bank transfer to our account at Fio banka

After receiving your order, we will send you an account number and a variable symbol. You pay the goods in advance to our euro account at Fio bank. Upon receiving the payment, we ship the goods, informing you of the date the shipment will arrive. It is important to include the correct variable symbol to match the payment to your order.

If you apply for pro forma payment, we recommend that the transaction be made in accordance with the SEPA standard. Transfers are cheaper and faster within the Eurozone.

C, Card Payments

If you have a Visa or MasterCard, you can use it to make online purchases. Please note that all card purchases are subject to a 24-hour security check which can delay delivery times by one business day. Cards must be issued within the EU.



You will be regularly informed about the progress of your delivery, and you can track the shipment with the selected carrier. Check your order upon acceptance and report any damage to the driver.


Drdlík cooperates with a number of proven carriers and oversees the quality and speed of transport services for you, our customers. We believe that your shipment will be delivered as soon as possible and in perfect condition.


Shipping method

Not all delivery methods may be available for a particular order, such as larger items. Your cart will always show you the available option. We reserve the right to change the form of transport according to the ordered quantity and character of the goods.



Delivering Goods Throughout Europe

  • Goods are delivered between 7-30 business days.
  • Delivery dates and estimated delivery times are confirmed via email after orders are processed.
  • A value limit of £2,800 excluding VAT has been set for individual orders.
  • Payments can be made by credit or debit card, and online payment portals.


Your Delivery

  • On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with the parcel number along with a Tracking link.
  • Goods are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Taking Delivery Of  Your Package

  • Upon receipt of delivery, please take extra care to inspect the package. If you are unsatisfied with the condition or have any concerns regarding contents, please ask the courier to add your comments to the "Delivery Document".

Claims of mechanical damage

The customer is obliged to check and accept the shipment only if it is not damaged in any way. Under no circumstances should the driver sign the consignment note prior to a thorough inspection of the goods, even under the packaging! (In case of box packaging, only a visual check of the integrity of the carton is sufficient). In the event of damage to the appliance, it is necessary to write a damage report with the driver and to speed the procedure up we recommend contacting us by email - see contact details.



  1. The customer is obliged to check and accept the shipment only if it is not damaged in any way. Before PAYMENT, unpack the goods first and make sure it is not mechanically damaged. In case of a defect, do not accept the goods and write a complaint (damage) report. Then contact us at +420 608 87 28 27 or email: info@drdlik.co.uk. Later claims for mechanical damage will not be accepted.
  2. In the event that the carrier will not have the time needed to complete the check, please write in the consignment note that it was accepted with reservation, in this case, check the packaging for damage and state these facts in the consignment note.
  3. By signing the waybill, the customer agrees to accept the goods and confirms that it arrived mechanically undamaged. Therefore, before signing you must check carefully the packaging and the goods under the packaging, as it may happen that the packaging is intact and the goods inside is damaged.
  4. The carrier has the right to ascertain the actual state of damage or partial loss of the consignment. For these reasons, the recipient is obliged to ensure that the consignment is not tampered with in any way and that the packaging of the consignment in which it was delivered is preserved. For the same reason, the consignment must not be disposed of or transported to another place without the consent of the sender and the carrier.
  5. If the recipient fails to fulfill his obligations under the Terms and Conditions and within the time given, the consignor and the carrier has the right to reject the complaint due to lack of evidence of damage.
  6. Goods are delivered only by one driver so if there is a need for help for example moving heavier goods up the stairs, it is necessary to provide an assistant who will help you with the yield.
  7. Packaging - Due to the high demands on the quality of goods transport, we use packaging to protect against damage.

Conditions for transport

  1. the length of the consignment (longest side) shall not exceed 2 m
  2. the sum of the circumference of the consignment and its length must not exceed 3 m
  3. the weight of the consignment including its packaging shall not exceed 31,5 kg
  4. glass, ceramics, porcelain, cast marble, tiles, paving and other fragile products cannot be transported

Order cancellation

Returning Goods within 14 Days Without Giving A Reason

It may happen that you will not be able to cancel your order in time, but no need to worry. All goods can be returned for no reason within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be undamaged and in the original packaging.

Order cancellation

The fastest way is to forward the order confirmation email to: info@drdlik.co.uk, with the text that you are "canceling the order" and we will not be sending it.


When Do I Get My Money Back?

If you cancel an order that was paid via transfer or online payment card, we will take care of the refund automatically. We try to return payments as quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days. At the latest, the money will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.


Additional Order Modification

The order can only be modified until the status changes to processed. Processing usually takes place within 30 minutes of placing an order.  If the order is no longer editable, we recommend canceling the order and creating a new order.

You can make a claim using our online form. Once the claim is made you will receive a claim number, then you can send the goods by mail or have them collected. Make sure to include the claim number and a cover letter.

I want to return goods

Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Simply fill out our online form and follow the instructions given.


My goods arrived damaged

If you notice damage to your goods within 48 hours of receipt, please contact the delivery company immediately.

 In other cases, please contact use our contact form or send an email to info@drdlik.co.uk.

We recommend that you take photographs of the defects and send the goods complete with their original packaging and accessories.


If you order a product or service from Drdlik.co.uk, you are deemed to agree to the Drdlik.co.uk claim and “business terms” and conditions listed on the website. For each complaint, you need to be in contact with the claim support in order to ensure that the claim procedure goes smoothly and does not take too long.
